Cancellation Policy

All assignments will be paid in full if canceled less than three full business days prior to start of the assignment. For example, if a Friday 9 am EST assignment is canceled by the previous Monday at 5 pm EST, the assignment is not billable.
Business hours are from 8 am to 5 pm EST.
Payment is due within 30 days of receipt of invoice. A late fee will be assessed to all invoices past due.
Last minute fees may apply for last minute request or short notice request
Assignments in the Washington DC area will not be assessed additional travel fees
All assignments outside of the Washington DC Area will be negotiated.  Airfare, hotel room, transportation to and from the event and per diem will be billed at actual cost.
